Jim Ho Named Solicitor General
The "quiet trickle of a rumor" that Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher's James C. Ho (pictured) will succeed Ted Cruz as Solicitor General of Texas is true. Attorney General Greg Abbott's press release is available here.
